City of Turner Urban Growth Boundary Expansion 

On Thursday, March 24, 2022 the Turner City Council passed Ordinance 22-100 with its second reading taking place that night. The Housing Needs Analysis went into effect on April 25, 2022.  

The Marion County Board of Commissioners adopted a concurring Ordinance, #1445 on August 17, 2022 and the City of Turner sent out its Notice of Decision the same day. There is a 21 day appeal period before the UGB expansion is final. Please see the Notice of Decision for more details.
