How do I set up a new utility account?

Please download and complete the fillable Water & Sewer Application form and e-mail it to apclerk@turneroregon.gov and pay your refundable $120 deposit by phone (503-743-2155) with a credit or debit card, or bring it, along with a refundable $120.00 deposit, to Turner City Hall 5255 Chicago Street SE, Turner.

Office hours are Monday-Thursday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm and Fridays 8:30 am - 12:30 pm.

How do I pay my monthly utility bill?

There are several ways to pay your utility bill:

1) Mail your payment along with your stub to PO Box 456, Turner, OR 97392.

2) Leave your payment in our secure drop box located in the door at City Hall, 5255 Chicago Street SE, Turner, OR 97392.

3) There is a drive-by drop box in the parking lot behind City Hall, between Boise & Chicago Streets.

4) Pay in person at City Hall. We accept payments Monday - Thursday 8:30 am-5:00 pm and Fridays 8:30 am-12:30 pm.

5) Pay your bill online at our secure payment website. You may set up monthly recurring payments from your credit or debit card through this site. Instructions are below.
